Energy bill relief for small businesses on embedded networks

Need help to pay electricity bills this financial year?

If your business is on an embedded network, such as located in a shopping centre, industrial park or office building, you may be eligible for support through the Energy Bill Relief Fund.

Eligible businesses can receive a one-off rebate of $325 from their embedded network operator.

Your embedded network operator will need to apply to the retailer for the energy bill relief on your behalf.

The retailer will apply a bulk credit to the embedded network operator’s next electricity bill, and the operator will then pass the energy bill relief onto each eligible tenant in their next bill.

The period for this relief is for bills from 31 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
